Great classes! Chris and the team have created a great culture and the lessons are interesting and varied. I'd highly recommend PMA Martial Arts to anyone that's wanting to get into it!

Cannot recommend PMA Chester highly enough; the teachers are clearly experts in their field and dedicated and passionate about passing their experience and knowledge on to others; this is further enhanced by the fact that there is a real personable and friendly style of teaching which makes it a joy to learn.

The PMA team are absolutely amazing an welcoming! Our kids absolutely love coming and they have grown so much since attending and it has been amazing watching their self confidence grow and them making friendships all while learning new skills, self defence and increase their fitness.
